Henrique is an Investment Analyst at Ore Investments, where he focuses on evaluating opportunities within the mining sector. He is responsible for the financial, strategic, and industry analysis of assets and companies, supporting the origination, structuring, and monitoring of investments. Additionally, he contributes to the development of institutional and commercial materials for investment and fundraising activities.
Prior to joining Ore, Henrique worked in M&A and Corporate Finance at Araújo Fontes, gaining extensive experience in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring within the Brazilian middle market. During this period, he specialized in financial modeling, valuation, industry research, and the preparation of investment materials, while also supporting due diligence processes across the mining, logistics, technology, and industrial sectors.
Henrique is currently pursuing a degree in Controllership and Finance at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
