Graziela Silva is Controller for Ore Investments’ portfolio companies, where she is responsible for financial planning and analysis, cost control, and reporting routines. Working closely with operational and portfolio management teams, she ensures the financial integrity of ongoing projects and supports the implementation of budgeting, performance tracking, and cash flow management systems at the asset level.
With solid experience in finance and controlling roles within the mining and industrial sectors, Graziela brings a strong command of accounting systems, CAPEX tracking, and corporate reporting frameworks. She has supported both greenfield and brownfield operations, contributing to disciplined execution and financial transparency across the portfolio.
Graziela holds a degree in Accounting from PUC Minas na MBA in Finance from IBMEC and is a certified accountant. She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
