He is responsible for managing field programs, supervising drilling operations, and coordinating site logistics during the exploration phase of portfolio projects. Rodrigo plays a key role in translating exploration strategies into actionable programs, ensuring technical rigor and operational efficiency in the field.
With a long experience in mineral exploration, Rodrigo has worked on gold, base metals, and iron ore projects across Brazil. His expertise includes geological mapping, core logging, drilling supervision, sampling protocols, and data management for resource development. He has served in both technical and supervisory capacities, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to early-stage project development.
Rodrigo holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and an M.Sc. in Economic Geology from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
